From the very first moment, I received excellent service at the reception – the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive to every question or request. I truly felt they cared about making my stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and very cozy, with a pleasant design and a homely atmosphere. The facilities were of a high standard – a shower with strong hot water pressure, perfectly working air conditioning, and an especially comfortable bed that allowed for restful sleep. The room was also extremely quiet, with no noise from outside – which made for peaceful and refreshing nights. One of the things that impressed me the most was returning after a long day of touring to find my room clean, tidy, with a fresh scent and new towels waiting. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere of the hotel turned my stay into a truly positive and enjoyable experience. Another great advantage: the hotel is located a short distance from the main attractions that Turin has to offer – which made it easy to explore the city without long travel times. Highly recommended – and I would happily return in the future!

We received a lovely warm welcome from the staff in reception! We stayed for a night before going hiking in the Gran Paradiso area. The hotel kindly stored our surplus luggage. We returned for a further two nights. We had really great rooms with a beautiful jacuzzi on our second stay. The rooms were really clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay! The breakfast was a delicious buffet served in a lovely relaxed eating area with pleasant staff. The location of the hotel is perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂

The family room was very spacious and clean, furniture was new and air conditioning working as expected during quite hot weather. Very good breakfast with many options, helpful personnel, large bathroom. Good location nearby the main train station (Porta Nuova) and very close to the city center (walking distance, few minutes).

Location is ideal for the train station and airport bus stop (no direct train link at this time), reason for booking this Best Western hotel, trusted brand, price and location. Staff where tentative and spoke fluent English vs my non-existent Italian. Room décor could do with an update, to match up with the modern bathrooms, but did not affect the stay. Ideal for low cost solo stay, but would opt for another hotel if taking the partner. That's a personal choice, though.

The hotel is very good, the service is also very good, there are no complaints about the hotel, I do not advise anyone to fly to the city of Turin, it is a snake pit, dirty and unpleasant city, never try to fly here, be careful
